This service is for small commercial and industrial customers with average usage less than 10,000 kWh per month or 200 kW of demand.

EV Pricing is available, but not mandatory, to existing and new Level 2 and Direct Current Fast Charging EV site service locations for a period of ten (10) years beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2033. Customers will be assigned one of four available base distribution price schedules shown below based on the load factor (“LF”)

Customers on Rate G-2 and G-3 are eligible to receive a discount for high voltage metering and transformer ownership (high voltage delivery) if the customer meets the criteria of the discount.

This service is primarily available for large commercial and industrial customers with demand greater than 200 kW.
Peak Hours: Peak hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Off-Peak hours will be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The following are basic descriptions of our street and area lighting service.
Streetlight Rates
S-1 Rate
Street and area lighting service is available under this rate contingent upon Company ownership and maintenance. The cost varies depending upon the type of light, size of light, overhead or underground service and pole requirement.
S-2 Rate
Street and area lighting service is available under this rate for installation owned by any city, town or other public authority. Service is supplied through overhead conductors. Service and maintenance by the Company will be provided at rates as outlined in the tariffs. This rate is not available to new customers after March 1, 1998. The cost varies depending upon the type of light, size of light, overhead or underground service and pole requirement.
S-3 Rate
Street and area lighting service is available under this rate only for installations served by underground conductors and involving a division of ownership between the customer and the Company. The cost varies depending upon the type of light, size of light, overhead or underground service and pole requirement.
S-5 Rate
Street and area lighting service is available under this rate to any municipal customer that has purchased designated street lighting equipment pursuant to G.L.C 164 § 34A and is otherwise eligible to receive retail delivery service under the Company’s street lighting tariffs.
S-6 Rate
Street and area lighting service is available under this rate for full service, underground served, decorative street and area lighting applications owned by the Company to any Customer, inclusive of municipalities, governmental entity, or other public authority. The cost varies depending upon the type of light, size of light, overhead or underground service and pole requirement.
