Located on Snake Hill Road in Charlton, this solar facility provides load relief to the grid during peak demand in the summer. It is located on land leased from the New England Power Company, and has been connected to the grid since July 20, 2018. 

Environmental Benefits:

The project is estimated to save approximately 89 pounds of sulfur dioxide, 357 pounds of nitrous oxides, and over 471,000 pounds of carbon dioxide every year.
