This week neighbors can expect to see:

• Continued excavation, welding, backfilling, and underground infrastructure upgrade work on Taft Street, near the corner of Eagle Avenue.
• Continued road closure of Taft Street, and potential lane closures on Eagle Avenue near the work zone during work hours.

As the West Hempstead Improvement Project progresses, our presence on Eagle Avenue will move further from Woodfield Road, closer to Taft St., in addition to the work at our Taft St regulator station.
