Financial Assistance Information and Applications

If you need extra support, we have Grants and Payment Assistance Programs that can help—even if you've never qualified before. Our Consumer Advocacy Team is also available for support and guidance. For assistance, please call 1-800-930-5003 or email ConsumerAdvocacyLI@nationalgrid.com to connect with your local Long Island Consumer Advocate. When emailing us, please provide your name, address, and account number or NYS county (if you have it/them available).
