We continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance the reliability of our energy delivery networks. Over the past year, we’ve been completing a project in Elmont, NY to improve our Regulator Station NL-25 on Dutch Broadway and Ridge Road. The NL-25 project will increase the reliability of the system and the service to the community. In spring 2022, construction work included roadway and sidewalk excavation, installation of new equipment and support, pressure testing, backfill and restoration. In spring 2023, we are decommissioning the old regulator station on Dutch Broadway, which will include excavation of the sidewalk and grass easement on Dutch Broadway, backfill and restoration. Traffic changes may apply during construction. For your safety, please stay away from the construction site and pay attention to signs around the work area.
