Traffic will be affected during construction hours. Professional traffic flaggers will be assigned to the project to keep our construction activity from negatively impacting the area.
No, our work is mainly done within the Public Right-of-Way (ROW).
While our contractors will make efforts to keep disturbance to a minimum, there will be noise associated with these projects. Most of that noise will occur while excavation is underway as contractors use heavy equipment ahead of upgrades.
