Everyone needs a little help sometimes. If you are unable to pay your bill on time, we offer payment extensions that can help.

| Agreement details | Based on your current account balance and account status, a down payment will be required. After making down payment, remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments. |
| When is payment due? | Every month when the current charges are billed. |
| Late payment charges | Not assessed as long as you are current on your payment agreement. |
| Length of plan | Determined by account status. |
