Restoration work on Vanderbilt Avenue is now complete. We thank you for your patience and understanding, as we completed this important project over the last several months!

Our construction project is now complete on Vanderbilt Avenue. Our crews are continuing with backfilling, restoration and demobilization from the site. We thank you for your patience and understanding, as we completed this important project over the last several months.

This week, neighbors can expect: 

  • Continued roadway and/or sidewalk restoration.
  • Continued removal of materials and equipment from the site.

Last week our crews continued work at the intersection of Vanderbilt Ave and Dean St, performing excavations, backfilling and upgrading underground infrastructure. We also began excavating our second pit, directly adjacent to the existing pit, in front of 560 Vanderbilt Avenue.

Construction on the Prospect Heights Upgrade Project began last week with excavation on Vanderbilt Avenue near the intersection of Dean Street. In the coming weeks our crews will be digging a second excavation pit, directly adjacent to the existing pit, in front of 560 Vanderbilt Avenue.
