National Grid is jointly working with Eversource on an underground infrastructure project called the Mystic to Everett Line Replacement project. This project goes through the Cities of Everett and Boston. The purpose of the project is to bolster reliability for customers by modernizing sections of underground cables. This project will require roadway work. The most impacted roadway sections of the project area roughly begin at the intersection of Horizon Way and Broadway and continue about 0.5 mile south towards Alford Street in Boston.
