The Micron Project is needed to meet the electrical needs of Micron Technology, Inc.

The project is currently in the design and permitting phase. Construction of the project is estimated to start in spring 2025 with an initial in-service date in late summer/fall 2026.

The project will be permitted under Article VII of the Public Service Law, which is overseen by the Public Service Commission (PSC). See Permitting for more information.

No. This work will be managed so that the vast majority of services will not be interrupted. If we do need to interrupt your service for any reason, our team will reach out to you in advance and schedule any interruption in service.
