This December, crews will be working to upgrade existing electrical infrastructure including the replacement and installation of poles and wires on Andover Street, Winthrop Avenue, South Union Street, South Broadway, and several other adjoining roadways in Lawrence. This work is estimated to be completed by February of 2025.
