We are continuously evaluating opportunities to enhance the reliability of our energy delivery networks. In the coming months, we’ll be working on a project in Elmont, NY to improve our energy delivery system on Makofske Avenue. The installation of a vault and a Remote Control Valve (RCV) will increase the reliability of the system and the service to the community in this area.

Construction work will include roadway and sidewalk excavation, installation of new equipment and support, pressure testing, backfill and restoration. Traffic changes and parking restrictions will apply during construction. For your safety, please stay away from the construction site and pay attention to signs around the work area.
