The Purpose of the Chelmsford #9 Conversion and Removal Project is to convert the 4.16V Load, upgrade and remove overhead distribution line (s) as necessary and retire the Chelmsford #9 Substation.

Project Schedule:

The distribution line portion of the project is scheduled to begin in May 2022 and is expected to be complete by December 2022. The substation removal portion of the project is expected to begin in January 2023 and be completed by the end of March 2023.
