Storm Alert

3 p.m. update: More than 2,000 safety and power restoration personnel remain active across the region after severe thunderstorms — with wind gusts up to 72 mph in some areas — impacted Upstate NY Sunday evening. Our field force continues working around the clock clearing trees and tree limbs, and replacing downed wires, broken poles and other damaged equipment so that power can be restored as quickly and safely as possible.
