We're committed to safe, reliable service
Here when you need us.
11:00AM Update: Our field force has restored service to more than 92 percent of the 117,525 customers affected by the destructive windstorm that swept across the state on Thursday, bringing down trees, tree limbs and wires, causing damage to poles, transformers and other critical electricity infrastructure. Restoration work will continue as crews will work around the clock to restore every customer. We urge everyone to always assume any downed line is live and dangerous, to stay far away, and to keep others at a safe distance. If you see a downed power line, please call 911 immediately and then contact us at 1-800-867-5222 so our crews can respond as quickly as possible.
