Limited availability of some services and bill payment options

Please be advised that we’ll be performing system maintenance from August 15 – 18, 2024. As a result, some regular services and bill payment options will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

August 15 – 18

The following will be unavailable during this time:
  • National Grid My Account and My Business Account, including account profile access
  • Budget Plan enrollment, unenrollment, and payment recalculation requests
  • Paperless Billing and DirectPay enrollment and unenrollment
  • UNY Marketplace
  • Stop/Start/Transfer service requests

You can still submit a payment while our system is down using Speedpay or Western Union. However, you may experience a delay in your payment posting from your bank account. More information about Speedpay and Western Union locations can be found on Ways to Pay.

Our systems will return to normal business operations. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for you for your continued support as a valued customer.

System Maintenance FAQs

From August 15-18, you can pay with the following options:
