In our New York jurisdiction, National Grid's subsidiary company, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (NMPC) owns the transmission assets that provide wholesale transmission network service to those customers interconnected and looking to interconnect to our systems.
As of May 2024, the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) will undergo a realignment of its interconnection process to comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Orders 2023 and 2023A. The provided information will be regularly updated and adjusted to reflect these forthcoming changes
