Help with Service Reconnect
If your gas service has been disconnected due to an overdue gas service line inspection, please call 833-995-0024 for reconnection. Please be advised we will turn your service on once you provide access to the meter/piping to allow for the safety inspection, and after any necessary repairs are completed.
Please note: this service disconnection is not related to payment of your National Grid bill. Payment is not required to complete your safety inspection. If your service has been disconnected due to an overdue bill, please make an Online Payment for the payment amount due by selecting one of the payment options below.
IMPORTANT: If your service has been shutoff, please make note of your confirmation number after payment. You will need this number to schedule an appointment to reconnect your service. For further steps on reconnecting your service, click here.
Use your checking or savings account to make a payment. You must have an online profile to pay your bill online. You can register for online access and pay below. Please make note of your confirmation number after payment.
Pay your bill with a credit/debit card through Speedpay. Please make note of your confirmation number after payment.
To reconnect your service after payment:
You will need to schedule an appointment after you have made a payment. Please call the contact center at 1-800-664-6729.
Hearing or speech impaired may dial 711. Please allow 15 minutes for your payment to post and have your confirmation number on hand.
