Service Replacement Program

Under Regulations issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), and in accordance with National Grid’s records, it is time for us to perform maintenance on your gas service line. 

The mandatory service replacement should take between four to six hours to complete, and requires an adult to be home during that time. Please call National Grid Supervisor Mr. DeAngelo at (339) 368-2757 to schedule a mutually convenient time for our employees to enter your property and complete the replacement. Appointments can be made for any day Monday through Friday, morning or afternoon.  There is some limited availability to perform this work on Saturday’s as well. Also, please be informed that there is no cost to you for the work to be performed.
