National Grid Hosting Winter Bill Assistance Webinars

WALTHAM, MA – National Grid is hosting webinars to make Massachusetts customers aware of the company’s bill assistance services and help them access the programs available during the winter season.
Scheduled for February 28, National Grid will offer one-hour webinars to all customers both in English and Spanish. During these webinars, customers will be briefed by a National Grid Customer Advocate and will be encouraged to ask questions in the chat. They’ll learn more about:
- Bill payment programs such as the Arrears Management Program (AMP) and Budget Plan
- Discount Rate Program (for qualifying customers)
- Payment assistance programs such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- The Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund
