National Grid Presenting Sponsor for Brooklyn Chamber’s 2022 Energy Summit and Expo

National Grid was a presenting sponsor of the 2022 Brooklyn Chamber Energy Summit and Expo held at Dock 72 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. As part of the summit, National Grid employees representing energy efficiency, economic development and regulatory strategy participated in various panel discussions focused on the path to a clean energy future.
“We’re very appreciative of National Grid’s support in sponsoring the 2022 Brooklyn Energy Summit and Expo,” said Dina Rabiner, vice president, Economic Development & Strategic Partnerships, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. “The participation of Don Chahbazpour in the plenary session, and Louis Rizzo and Carlene Lacey in the breakout sessions helped inform and highlight steps underway to adopt clean energy technologies, provide affordable and attainable solutions as well as career pathways for our communities.”
During the summit, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce announced reconstituting the Energy Committee in order to continue the important conversation year-round to provide real solutions that enable businesses and communities to adopt clean energy technologies and practices. The committee will include a wide range of stakeholders across energy and related sectors.
