Our new mobile app makes it easier to securely manage your energy account on the go. Use our new biometric log-in features to access your National Grid account quickly and securely.
Once you’re logged in, we’ve made it easier to report outages – you’ll have access to emergency support right at your fingertips.
You can also view high-level billing and account information, such as your account balance, bill amount, and program enrollments (like paperless billing or automatic payments). Currently, you can also pay your bill through the app via Speedpay.
