2. Schedule an appointment after you have made your payment by calling the contact center at 1-800-930-5003

Hearing or speech impaired may dial 711. Please allow 15 minutes for your payment to post and have your confirmation number on hand.

3. Actions you can take to ensure your appointment to reconnect your service is successful:

Electric Accounts
Gas Accounts
  • Provide access to your meter(s) and appliances
  • Please ensure there is clear access to the gas appliances.

If your gas service has been disconnected due to an overdue gas service line inspection, please call 833-995-0024 for reconnection.

Please be advised that once your service is reconnected and any necessary repairs are completed, that you will need to provide us access to the meter and piping to allow for the required safety inspection.

Please note: this service disconnection is not related to payment of your National Grid bill. Payment is not required to complete your safety inspection. The safety inspection is at no charge to you and should only take approximately 15 minutes.
