We worked with the consultancy Energy and Environmental Economics (“E3”) to better understand use cases, economics, and other considerations involved in utility-owned storage providing transmission benefits. E3 prepared a report summarizing the results of that work in support of this filing; the report can be found here. While National Grid commissioned the report and supported E3 in its work, the findings are E3’s.
